Assisted Stretch

Assisted Stretch is a technique that provides a complete body stretch that is effective and comfortable.


Sometimes called lazy yoga, assisted yoga, or total body stretch, this technique uses passive-assisted stretching, where the therapist guides clients to move into their stretch. The combination of movements and stretching during

a session provides a full body stretch and tissue rejuvenation.

If you are stiff and apprehensive about Yoga, thinking that Yoga is too hard and out of your league, consider Assisted Stretch as an effective avenue for loosening you up for several months as a prelude to the rigors of Yoga training.
