Assisted Stretch is a technique that provides a complete body stretch that is effective and comfortable.
Sometimes called lazy yoga, assisted yoga, or total body stretch, this technique uses passive-assisted stretching, where the therapist guides clients to move into their stretch. The combination of movements and stretching during
a session provides a full body stretch and tissue rejuvenation.
