Are you looking for an Onsite Massage or Stretch Therapy Session near you?

At Aviva Family Chiropractic we offer Massage Therapy Concierge Services. Our Mobile service is designed to bring you a massage or stretch therapy session in the comfort

of your home or office.

We offer Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Stretch Therapy

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Deep Tissue Massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus

on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. It may also help you unwind mentally, too.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is used to help with muscle systems used for a particular sport. Sports Massage uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training -- before, during, or after sports events. Sports Massage can be used to promote flexibility and help prevent injuries. Or, it may help muscle strains, aiding healing after a sports injury.

Stretch Therapy

Stretch Therapy is a technique that provides a complete body stretch that is effective and comfortable.

Sometimes called lazy yoga, assisted yoga, or total body stretch, this technique uses passive-assisted stretching, where the therapist guides clients to move into their stretch. The combination of movements and stretching during

a session provides a full body stretch and tissue rejuvenation.

If you are stiff and apprehensive about Yoga, thinking that Yoga is too hard and out of your league, consider Stretch Therapy as an effective avenue for loosening you up for several months as a prelude to the rigors of Yoga training.

This technique is especially beneficial prior to participating in demanding sporting events. Stiffness and a loss of

range of motion are more a function of neglect rather than solely a function of aging.

Stretch Therapy is perfect for athletes, desk-bound workers and people who could use a little stretching and movement in their daily activities!
